Grim Strike (Stagger) |
Fling your scythes to strike a target in front of you. Grim Strike activates faster when chained with Spiral Barrage (after 3rd, 4th, or 5th hit), Double Shear, Pendulum Strike, Whipsaw, Death Spiral, Smite, or Shadow Lash.

Death Spiral |
Spin your scythes in a 720 degree arc, dealing damage to all enemies around you and reducing the movement speed of all monsters hit for 5 seconds. You can use Death Spiral in a chain to interrupt your own skill actions. You can Spiral twice within 6 seconds, but a cooldown time triggers after the second Spiral or 6 seconds after the first.

Shadow Burst (AoE & KD) |
Gather dark energy into your weapon and strike the ground to create an explosion that does massive damage to enemies within 9m. You may trigger the skill again after the first explosion within a short time frame with a high chance of knocking your opponents down towards your direction. You cannot be knocked down or staggered in the middle of casting this skill, however stun or sleep can interrupt you. You can cancel the first animation by moving in any direction without putting this skill on cooldown.

Soul Reversal (DOT & Swap/Stun)

Throw a shadowy cable at a single target within 20 meters. If hit, the target becomes entangled in the cable and takes damage over time. Activate Soul Reversal again to immobilize a tangled target within 40 meters and switch positions with that target. You cannot switch positions with entangled bosses or elite monsters, and you can only have one entangled target at a time.

Veil of Shadows (Passive) |
The moment death comes to you, you'll be knocked down and enter the veil of shadows where you survive with 15% HP remaining for 7 seconds. All damage taken is reduced by 50% and you cannot receive any healing effects during this time. If you survive for 7 seconds, you recover 30% from your max HP and be back to your normal state. Stamina will not decrease when you survive and all your buffs remain. This passive skill also functions in PvP.

General Notes
- smite can be chained into a number of skills
- pendulum can be chained into death spiral. dshears,whip,cable,grim
- ds into sundering == fast
- whipsaw>grim/ds>sunderingS
- cabal(castingspeed) advantage to smite pend ds sb and dshears
- grim like SS must be chained into SS and GS . if used alone, slow
- death spiral into DShears and GS
- shadow burst used alone
- shadow lash can chain into all skills except SS
- Soul reversal used alone also shadow reaping
- use combos in order, variation if needed. simple and easy. (view UI ss)
- As a reaper I want to bait an attack to use shadow step x1 or retribution.
- shadow step is used for repositioning for an attack or ou can close distance with
- shadow step or run away
- if an enemy comes to attack me, id confuse him by manuevering useint eihter skill
- knowing that smite can be propelled while movine, I use that as an opening. irs a main opener to a combo.
- faster + seiker made a combo, best so far. --
- to variations of smite, with or without pendulum. You have to take into consideration the duration of stun time with the lack of speed and such. Recooment short variation.
- smite>DShear>SS - stunning them staggering them with DShears then KD with SS. Now if thats successful I can either move in to the SBurst or death spiral twice
- another combo openeer is using pendulum strike > Dshears--- you cn either combo into sundering S or whipsaw. Depends on your playstype. Or I use pendulum to stagger and gain distance and stagger with both Dshears and whipsaw, playing a passive style that gradually drain the enemies HP while keeping my distance
- whipsaw in particular is not recommended to be used alone, do to its casting speed and sationary attack. cable step should be aimed wellbest to do it when the enemie is trying to attack you head first do you can shadow step
- inwards and shoot a cable step. From here you can use the smite combo.
- shadow lash isnt so reccommented since it doesnt stagger. optional to use, but risky.
- soul reversal can be dif to land but once landed you can activate it again to swap areas and stun briefly. from here you can use cable step or more in quickly ro use a smite combo.
- DShears can be used on its own due to it being a staggerafter baiting a dodge from an enemy you can stagger itto SStr for a guaranteed KD. From there its opt to what to do next
- shadow reaping only makes the combos come back to the used in a fiery of attacks.
- reaper is best played passive/aggressice, more passive, make the enemie irritates to easier to read and patterns are xploited.you will always want to be moving about
- general pvp combos
- wait for opportunity and kite around until combo is back or use double shears to keep people staggered. r
- pendulum to keep distance. same for shadow burst to keep difstand.
- kd a group f emenies, move in SBurst and Dspital aggressively the bail. then can try
- use whipsaw and such of ktie til CDs off. risky but effective.
- three main openers begin with smite, pend, DShear, other skill s use to get hp down while waiting for bigger combo.
- smite combo best chained into double shears, ignoring pendulum strike int he initial.
- but best not to use all skills at once bc you save kills that can stagger an can chain into staggers
- reaper are strong but weak in defense and limmited to burst attacks.
- use one mutinous crux, reapers already crit a lot, so damage is necessary too
- combos meant to be flexible, analyze enemy
- Cable step into shadow burst. wont have enough hp to fight so they run away. use smite to catch them after the Shadow burst.
- Stagger into your stuns
